Here’s a life-changing opportunity!

  • Enjoy experiential learning activities and interactive dialogues, not a series of academic lectures

  • Form lasting supportive friendships with colleagues of like mind and similar experiences

  • Prepare yourself to be a change agent within your organization using proven leadership strategies

  • Renew your passion for medicine, while learning sustainable ways to provide quality care and still have a life

This pandemic is traumatic. Take time to process what you and your colleagues are experiencing physically, emotionally, professionally, and spiritually.

Chart a direction of post-traumatic growth rather than post-traumatic stress.

You are important. Your healthcare organization needs strong physician leaders to create a
culture which prioritizes provider well-being as a way to deliver quality patient care.

This experience will give you a new view of physician leadership that challenges you to look
within more deeply, to renew how you engage in your work, and to develop the inner resilience
and capacity to influence the changes needed to take healthcare in a new direction.

We believe our best hope for an improved system of health care lies in developing authentic,
compassionate physician leaders who are change agents. This time of unprecedented change
may be just the right opportunity for the kind of bold reform medicine needs.

Outcomes:

  • Integrate proven, effective self-care practices into your daily life.

  • Access your own strengths in order to develop the gifts and talents of those around you.

  • Employ new approaches to listening and questioning making you more present to yourself, your family, and your colleagues.

  • Utilize newly acquired tools to be an agent of change.
